Chad was born at a very early age. His parents always had a goal for him to become a productive member of society. Instead, he went into advertising. That was OK though, because his strong customer service ethic (honed by years of working in his family's supermarket) drives him to work hard for his clients, always striving to do the best job possible. That, plus an insanely expensive education at the country's finest boarding school and private college (undergrad and grad, natch) almost certainly helped, too.

In John's mind, the peak of his marketing career happened on the field at the Superdome when he caught a pass for a touchdown from his most un-favorite NFL alum, Joe Theismann. Whether managing the halftime promotion at the Nokia Sugar Bowl or writing a creative assignment sheet for a tri-fold brochure, John always has his client's best interests top of mind. It is this hands-on approach that clients love about John, and we bet they would agree ... if you asked them.

Brett would only let us submit his bio in the first person: "Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada (no, my mom was not a showgirl), I grew up with poodles … I know, I know … wasn’t my choice, but whatever. I came to Dallas for college and haven’t left. Now, I work with three old dogs trying to teach them new tricks. Abbey, Moose and Bailey aren’t bad either."

Eddie's the old guy. (The really old guy.) He was born and raised in Texas and doesn't plan on leaving. He went to five schools before graduating, which means you get as much variety in your designs as he did in his education. But moving around Texas universities and dodging bullets (so to speak) also gave him a taste for strategic thinking. His parents' losses have become his clients' gains.
